You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Call our Customer Service department toll free at 1-888-993-7698 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit. Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below.
Custom-made items cannot be returned. All other Non-Returnable items will be noted on the product page when ordering. Special Products made to order, Custom items, but not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error. Electrical/Electronics: are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. Hot water extractors are non-returnable. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.

You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
