Shipping to California
Due to state regulations, many of our products are unable to ship to California. If you believe the item or items you want to purchase are compliant with California state regulations, or have questions regarding an item's compliance, please call or email us. If the products are compliant, we will have them shipped out as soon as possible.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship orders within the contiguous U.S. via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We also ship Motor Freight if customer can handle pallets. Our maximum ship weight per pallet is 1500 lbs. Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are located. Custom items may require additional time and charges, if a shipment requires additional charges you will be contacted for approval before shipping.

Exactly when will my package be delivered? Most ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Most ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
Expedited shipping service Please note that the UPS/FedEx, Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur.

Orders received after 11 AM CST may not ship until the next business day.
Reporting damaged goods or lost shipments DAMAGED shipments and/or packages, which appear to be damaged, should be refused at the time of delivery.

Shipping to a different address As you checkout, you will be asked for your billing address if your shipping address is different please give us the shipping instructions. We must have your correct billing address (same as your credit card) to charge your credit card. It is for verification purposes. If you supply a separate shipping address, your order will ship to that address.
Scheduling a delivery time? Not typically, What time your package arrives is determined by the delivery driver’s route in your area.
Signing for your order? Not typically. The driver will usually leave the package, unless there have been a high number of claims in your area. We can put “signature required” on the order at your request.
Tracking Information An email is automatically generated when your package leaves our warehouse. It is sent to the email address you provide when you place your order. If you do not provide an email address, we cannot send tracking information. The email is sent via an automatic delivery system. Spam filters can sometimes block tracking emails. Also, if we have an incorrect email address or no email address, we cannot send tracking information.
Are deliveries made on weekends?No. Deliveries are made on business days, Monday-Friday, excluding certain Holidays. Special arrangements must be made for weekend deliveries.
Address Corrections? If your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change it for free. Carriers charge $10-$20 to redirect a package once it has shipped. There is no charge for us to correct the address before the package is shipped.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
